All fees collected via this portal represent official academic dues, tuition, admission, or semester examination fees for Kamala Nehru College. Once paid and verified, fees are generally non-refundable except under specified institutional circumstances.
If an account is debited twice for the same transaction due to a network or technical error, the excess amount will be refunded directly to the original source bank account within 5 to 7 business working days upon verification.
Once a student fee transaction is successfully authorized and receipt generated, cancellation requests cannot be made through this online payment portal. Any request for course withdrawal or fee remission must be submitted formally to the College Accounts & Administration Department.
